Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within APT itself:

  • Open APT on your Android device.
  • Go to Profile → Settings and privacy → Legal and data.
  • Tap Delete Account & Data.
  • Tap Delete Account Permanently.
  • Confirm the action when prompted.

Once confirmed, the active account record is deleted, linked sessions and account-linked push tokens are removed, pending submissions are removed, support/account records are removed where possible, and creator ownership on published templates is anonymised.

Option 2 — Use the deletion request form

If you can no longer sign in, lost access to the device, or need additional personal data removed, submit a request through the APT contact form:

Form: Open the data deletion request form

Subject: APT account deletion request

Reply email: use the email address registered on APT

Include: your APT display name (so we can locate the account), and a confirmation that you want it deleted.

To protect your account against fraudulent deletion requests, we may ask you to verify control of the account email or provide additional non-password information. Never send us your password or a verification code.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account record (such as email, display name, password hash, sign-in tokens, and related account identifiers).
  • Your profile avatar.
  • Your favourites, saved items, account-level notification settings and similar personal library data.
  • Your linked sessions, account-linked push tokens, and device/session metadata.
  • Your pending template submissions and account-linked support tickets or appeals.
  • Your public creator/profile fields, follower relationships and creator-directory visibility, unless a limited anonymised record has to remain for catalog integrity.
  • Your template ratings and reports submitted from the deleted account.

What we may keep, and why

We may keep a limited subset of information for as long as legally necessary, including:

  • Anonymised or aggregated usage records that no longer identify you, kept for security, diagnostics and measurement.
  • Server access logs for up to 30 days from collection, after which they are rotated and deleted.
  • Firebase / Google service records to the extent they are processed and retained independently by those providers under their own policies for messaging, authentication, advertising, consent, measurement, attribution, fraud prevention or platform operations.
  • Records required by law — for example, tax or fraud-prevention records, where applicable.
  • Published templates used by other users: the normal in-app account deletion anonymises creator ownership rather than deleting the published template. Use the deletion form to request full removal; we will review it against other users' rights and legal obligations.

Removing the app from your device

Deleting your account does not uninstall the app. To remove APT from your device:

  • Open Google Play Store on your phone.
  • Tap your profile picture → Manage apps & device.
  • Find APT — Avee Player Template and tap Uninstall.

Or long-press the APT icon on your home screen and choose Uninstall.

Timeline

  • Immediately after in-app confirmation: the active account record and linked active-service data listed above are deleted or anonymised.
  • Manual requests: we review additional deletion requests after verifying ownership and aim to respond within five working days.
  • Provider and security records: limited records held by infrastructure, email, Firebase, Google, or advertising providers follow their own retention schedules and applicable legal requirements.

Questions

If you are unsure about any of this, use the data deletion request form. We aim to reply within five working days.
